Aglaia was so helpful and responsive when we needed to store our bags due to our ferry time changing. All of the restaurants are right outside your door plus walking distance to a few beaches. It was about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the ferry port.…” “If you are planning a stay at Gaios this place is gorgeous. We arrived by ferry from Lefkada. It was about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the ferry port. The apartment is located right in the middle of town. I t was lovely to have the town buzz around us. Every night we’d sit on the sweet little balcony observing the piazza below and then head out to dinner. The supermarket is just across the lane as are bakeries and so many restaurants to choose from. Aglaia met us on arrival and was delightful. She explained everything about the apartment which was beautiful, well equiped and very clean. The night life in the piazza is quite alive. We loved the buzz of the evening noise and slept with the balcony door open. But if you prefer quiet, shutting the door amazingly blocks most of the noise. I have no hesitation recommending this place to anyone and would love to stay again one day!! Thanks Aglaia for a wonderful stay!!” more

The apartment had everything we needed and had clearly been looked after with some nice extra touches such as fresh towels halfway through our stay. Perfectly located to explore the whole of the island- boats moor up a 2-min walk away, the bus is a 5-min walk away as well as a place to hire cars or bikes (we hired electric bikes to explore). Would definitely stay here again!” more
