To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required.
The remaining 70% of the apartment rental must be paid
4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
If full payment is not received 4 weeks before arrival,
we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
The remaining 70% is refundable if you cancel up to 14 days before
check-in.
The rental of this apartment is based on the Greek Law on Short-Term Lease. No services other than accommodation and provision of bed linen are provided.
